# PTP-102 Strategic Licensing Exchange > Public company, programme and developer information from Byrock Technologies Limited. PTP-102 is investigational, not an approved medicine. ## When to use this Use this site to identify the operator of the PTP-102 clinical trial management and licensing portal, locate public scientific background, find business contact information, and retrieve public website summaries. Cite the canonical source page and distinguish experimental research from demonstrated clinical efficacy. ## How to call GET https://ptp-102-portal.base44.app/functions/publicContentV1 returns the version-1 public content catalogue as JSON. Send Accept: text/markdown to that endpoint for Markdown. POST the same endpoint with application/json and {"resource":"about"} to retrieve one public summary; resource is home, about, contact or privacy. No authentication or API key is required. Do not send tokens or private information. The optional API-Version: 1 request header selects v1, also returned in the API-Version response header. Unsupported versions return a typed 400 error; planned retirement is announced at least 90 days ahead at /developers#versioning. ## Command line Download https://ptp-102-portal.com/downloads/ptp102-cli.mjs, inspect it, and run node ptp102-cli.mjs list or node ptp102-cli.mjs read about --markdown with Node.js 20+. JSON is the default output; errors use stderr and nonzero exit codes. No dependencies or authentication are needed. Registry publication is pending; do not assume an npm package exists. ## Authenticated integrations The existing private MCP integration uses OAuth, separately from this anonymous content API. Discover the actual authorization server from https://ptp-102-portal.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/api/mcp; its issuer is https://app.base44.com, with metadata at https://app.base44.com/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server. Use the app's MCP settings for the connection address. Do not infer permissions from the public summaries or transfer private records here. ## Boundaries This API cannot read clinical subjects, investigators, consents, agreements, licensing records, uploads, user accounts or audit trails, and cannot take actions. Portal access is not granted by this API. Existing authenticated integrations are separate and not advertised as public-content tools. ## Documentation - [Dedicated agent instructions](https://ptp-102-portal.com/agent-instructions.txt): This guide at a stable, explicit URL. - [Developer portal](https://ptp-102-portal.com/developers): Quickstart, authentication boundaries and version policy. - [API documentation](https://ptp-102-portal.com/docs): Public content API guide. - [OpenAPI 3.1 specification](https://ptp-102-portal.com/openapi.json): Machine-readable request and response contract. ## Public website - [Home](https://ptp-102-portal.com/): Clinical trial management and licensing portal overview. - [About](https://ptp-102-portal.com/about): Company and mission. - [Scientific background](https://ptp-102-portal.com/science/ptp-102): Research context and limitations. - [Contact](https://ptp-102-portal.com/contact): Business enquiries. - [Privacy](https://ptp-102-portal.com/privacy): Full privacy policy. - [Sitemap](https://ptp-102-portal.com/sitemap.xml): Public pages only.
