These terms govern use of this website and access to the protected PTP-102 licensing and clinical trial portals.

Investigational product status
PTP-102 is an investigational product and is not yet approved by any regulatory authority. Information on this site is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
Portal access & authorisation
Access to the protected licensing & deal room and clinical trial portal is by invitation only, provisioned by Byrock Technologies. Users are permitted to access only the areas and functions assigned to their role.
Company and licensing data is kept separate from veterinary and clinical-trial data. Commercial users may view clinical information only where it has been deliberately de-identified and published through the admin-controlled mechanism.
Audit logging & compliance
Activity within the clinical portal is recorded under 21 CFR Part 11 audit-trail requirements, including hash-chained records, reason-for-change capture, and controlled protocol versioning. Regulatory export of clinical data is restricted to authorised roles.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to access data beyond your authorised scope, redistribute confidential materials, or interfere with the platform's security controls.
Intellectual property
The Byrock name, logo, site content and PTP-102-related intellectual property are owned by Byrock Technologies Limited. Patents are pending for Europe, the US and Australia.
Disclaimer & liability
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byrock Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
